Application

• In the home screen of the upaay Application, select the Service you want to log a complaint about, then select the department.
• Fill in the following details regarding the services you want to book
  o Department
  o Service
  o Full Name
  o Building Number
  o Ward
  o Your City
  o Area Pincode
  o Short Description
• Select your current location in the Google maps
• Upload photos & videos of the problem/issue for which the service is being raised.
• Click on ‘BOOK NOW’
• Your complaint/service request will be registered with us.

• Go to profile
o Full Name
o Email

o Aadhar number
• After updating/filling all the data click on Update profile.

The vendor is assigned within 30 mins of logging the complaint

JALPRAHARI is an initiative where we urge people to enroll and join our mission to clean the city whether above (Garbage Removal) or under the land (Sewerage Line). Just by clicking the pictures of the concerned area (sewerage issue or garbage at the inappropriate places), Jal-Prahari can raise a complaint on the upaay App, and Rest will be taken care by upaay.

You can enroll for becoming a by following these steps:

• Click on three parallel horizontal lines in the left corner of the screen.
• Under the JALPRAHARI section Click on ‘Registration’
• Fill in your details such as
  o Full Name
  o E-mail
  o Address
  o State
  o City
  o Pincode
  o Upload an image of yours
• After the completion of these steps click on REGISTER NOW.
• You will get an option to download your JALPRAHARI certificate

A JALPRAHARI will be taking a pledge for contributing to making their city clean with both solid (Garbage) and liquid waste (sewerage) by clicking the pictures of the concerned areas and raising a complaint on the upaay App.

If a user wants upaay to Onboard their city’s Urban Local Bodies, Kindly share the contact details of their Municipal Commissioner such as Email & Phone number to support@upaay.org

• There the user will be able to find their current and previous service requests.
• Click on the request they want to track.
